How do I get the app?

There are two quick ways to do this –

  1. The first is to go back to the main web page and use the ‘Download the mobile app’ option at the top of the page to receive a link that will take you directly to Google Play or the App Store to download the mobile app.
  2. The second option is to access either Google Play or the App Store from your mobile phone.
From either option, find the My Principal Lifestyle mobile app. You will find a quick description of the app and the opportunity to download. Just select the download/get option and enter your app store credentials.

You don’t - if you prefer a web view you can use As soon as you are a policyholder with Principal, or hold a 401K, Annuity, Mutual Fund or other product, you can create an account on our website and view your information.
